Endless LLP acquires ASCO

ABERDEEN, UK — Private equity firm Endless LLP has acquired logistics provider ASCO Group.
ASCO is a global provider of integrated supply base operations to the energy industry, with more than 1,000 staff in the UK and a further 500 across its international bases. The company operates from 60 locations in nine countries serving offshore energy operators, developers and service companies in the renewable energy, oil and gas and decommissioning sectors.
Its services for logistics and material management include stevedoring, environmental solutions, and bunkering, marine, aviation, ships agency, lifting assurance, training and personnel services.
Mike Pettigrew will succeed Peter France as CEO on Oct. 2.
