OSM Maritime acquires New Zealand’s Kingston Offshore Services

With this acquisition, OSM will be able to provide further advanced local infrastructure in the Oceania region.

ARENDAL, Norway  OSM Maritime has signed an agreement for the acquisition of New Zealand’s Kingston Offshore Services, an oil and gas and offshore marine service company. The acquisition was completed on June 30 and aims to further strengthen OSM’s current operations and services in Oceania.

According to OSM officials, the acquisition alongside its current global setup will make OSM a preferred and natural partner for international customers that are operating in the Oceania region. With this acquisition, OSM will be able to provide further advanced local infrastructure in the region.

Both existing and potential customers will have access to a large seafarer crew pool. Simultaneously, OSM will expand its service portfolio with bespoke services.
