TechnipFMC has completed the spin-off transaction to create two independent, publicly traded companies, TechnipFMC and Technip Energies.

LONDON, PARIS, and HOUSTONTechnipFMC has completed the spin-off transaction to create two independent, publicly traded companies, TechnipFMC and Technip Energies.

Also, Technip Energies has appointed Simon Eyers to its board of directors.
