The 2,386-sq km (921-sq mi) program covers permit WA-482-P survey in the northern Carnarvon basin. The data will help delineate leads and other prospects identified on previous 2D and 3D seismic data, which are currently being reprocessed.
Geo Caspian started acquisition on June 10, and the program is estimated to last 56 days. Following processing and initial interpretation, preliminary results are expected to be delivered toward year-end.
Results will assist preparations for a drilling decision.
