Eldon Ball Editorial Staff Eldon Ball is Editor of Offshore. He establishes the editorial policy and direction of the magazine, manages day-to-day operations, and contributes to the editorial content. Prior to joining Offshore, he held a number of writing, editing, and communications positions with Enron, Lyondell Chemical, Pennzoil, Texas Eastern Corp., and BMC Software. He previously has served as an associate editor of Offshore, editor of Ocean Oil Weekly Report, and editor and associate publisher of Petroleum Management magazine. He has a BA degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. eldonb@pennwell.com Jeremy Beckman Editorial Staff Jeremy Beckman joined Offshore in 1991. For the past 10 years, he has been European Editor, covering developments throughout the North Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, in particular new field projects. He also reports on the application of European technologies in other offshore regions. Previously he was a freelance writer for UKbased publications including Computing, Electronics Times and New Scientist.
