In the Santos basin off Brazil, Fugro’s ocean bottom node crew has started a reservoir monitoring survey at the Lula oil field, a follow-up to the first survey at the same location in 2015.
Early next year, the company’s Seabed Geosolutions subsidiary will start what Fugro claims will be the industry’s largest ocean bottom node survey to date, again in the Santos basin, using the new Manta node technology and associated technologies.
