LONDON– Premier Oil has reported that the FPSOBW Catcher arrived last week at the Catcher oil field in the UK central North Sea, following a voyage from the Keppel Shipyard in Singapore.
The hook up of the submerged turret production buoy mooring system was completed on Oct. 19, with the vessel successfully completing a rotation test around the buoy on Oct. 20.
The final pull-in of the risers and umbilicals is now under way and commissioning activities have also commenced in parallel.
Premier added that delivery of first oil remains on schedule by the end of the year.
