SINGAPORE – Keppel FELS Brasil’s BrasFELS shipyard has delivered the FPSO Cidade de Campos dos GoytacazesMV29 to MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore).
The vessel recently departed the shipyard for Bananal Bay in Brazil, ahead of a subsequently deployment on theTartaruga Verde and Tartaruga Mestiça fields in the Campos basin, off the coast of Rio de Janeiro.
This was the yard’s ninth Brazilian FPSO project. The work scope included fabrication of nine topsides production modules and integration works.
The vessel has a production capacity of 150,000 b/d of oil and 5 MMcm/d of gas, and a storage capacity of 1.6 MMbbl of oil.
