Offshore staff
NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE, UK – Umbilicals/subsea power cables manufacturer JDR has opened its European service center in Newcastle.
The 4,000-sq m (43,055-sq ft) facility features a workshop, warehouse, visitor center, and modern offices, and will house up to 50 personnel.
JDR chose the location for its proximity to projects in the North Sea and Europe, the company’s manufacturing facility in Hartlepool to the south, and the local supply chain.
