DUBLIN, Ireland – Eni has confirmed that acquisition of 3D seismic has finished over frontier exploration license (FEL) 3/04 in the southern Porcupine basin offshore southwest Ireland, according to partner Providence Resources.
The concession contains the undrilled Lower CretaceousDunquin South carbonate exploration prospect.
The partners had agreed to underwrite and license new multi-client 3D data, to be acquired by third-party seismic contractorCGG over FEL 3/04 in 2017.
