BANGKOK, Thailand – Mermaid Maritime’s DSV Mermaid Endurer is working offshore Qatar for an unnamed EPCIC contractor.

The vessel has a 30-day project involving the provision of ROV, saturation, and air diving services and a 56-day program of life support/spool and skid installation services.

Elsewhere, Mermaid’s DSVMermaid Commander, equipped with a Tiger Inspection Class ROV and hyperbaric reception facility, is conducting a 42-day program offshore the Malaysian Peninsular and Sarawak.

The campaign includes saturation diving and ROV duties for riser installation, pipeline tie-ins, and MOPU decommissioning.

On completion, the vessel will sail to the Gulf of Thailand for a 60-day program of pipeline installation support services.

Mermaid’s DSVMermaid Nusantara, equipped with heavy duty work-class ROVs, has a 24-day project in the Madura Sea off East Java, installing flexible risers and an umbilical between a wellhead platform and FSO for an unnamed oil and gas company.
