EAST KILBRIDE, UK – TÜV SÜD has agreed to co-invest in a new £16-million ($19.7 million) Center of Excellence for subsea development at NEL’s site in central Scotland.

Scottish Enterprise will provide the remainder. The project will create at least 17 new jobs.

The aim is to provide a high-pressure multiphase flow test facility with a test range beyond anything currently available elsewhere.

The center will be offered for company-led industrial projects, development work with SMEs, hands-on training for the industry, and academic research.
