ANTWERP, Belgium – Exmar has sold the accommodation barge Kissama to Indian buyers.
The contractor’s two remaining offshore support barges,Warikobo and Nunce, remain on time-charters offshore Nigeria and Angola.
TheWarikobo’s charter could be extended beyond 2017.
Exmar continues to pursue financing of theCaribbean FLNGvessel, and final delivery of the unit remains subject to approval of the local authorities in China, anticipated in May.
There has been progress on a future deployment of the vessel, the contractor adds.
Exmar is following various FSRU and FLNG projects around the world and expects a positive outcome in the coming months.
