Parkmead says work is progressing on the proposed Perth-Dolphin-Lowlander development project in the UK central North Sea.

LONDON – Parkmead says work is progressing on the proposed Perth-Dolphin-Lowlander (PDL) development project in the UK central North Sea.

Detailed engineering is under way, with plans to incorporate other proven oil fields in the wider area into the PDL development.

One under review is theAthena oil field west of Perth, in which Parkmead is the largest equity owner.

In addition, the company is assessing a new minimal platform concept for thePlatypus gas field in the UK southern North Sea.
