LONDON – Genel Energy continues to seek partners for its operated Sidi Moussa license offshore Morocco.
The company says it is in active discussions with various parties, and has reached agreement with Moroccan state petroleum company ONHYM regarding an extension of the license expiry date to 3Q 2017.
Genel anticipates a maximum future exploration expense of around $30 million associated with existing commitments on itsMorocco licenses.
