COPENHAGEN, Denmark – DONG Energy has confirmed that it is reviewing strategic options concerning the future of its oil and gas business, which includes various producing North Sea fields, in response to media speculation.
The company has engaged J.P. Morgan to conduct a preliminary market assessment.
However, DONG stresses it has not made a decision to divest its oil and gas assets.
