Ocean Installer will perform procurement and installation of a spread mooring chain system for a floating storage unit offshore Malta.

STAVANGER, Norway – Ocean Installer will perform procurement and installation of a spread mooring chain system for a floating storage unit (FSU) offshore Malta.
The mooring installation and hookup will take place in Marsaxlokk Bay, where the FSU will supply re-gasified LNG to electricity generators onshore at Delimara power station.ElectroGas Malta is the client.
Ocean Installer will manage the program from its offices in Stavanger and Aberdeen.
