TEHRAN, Iran – Gas from nine wells on the Salman field in the Persian Gulf has started heading to refining facilities onshore Iran.
The operator of Refinery IV of the South Pars Gas Complex told news service Shana the gas is transported through a 32-in. subsea pipeline to facilities serving South Pars phases 6-8, at 72 bar (1,044 psi) and 27°C (80.6°F).
Supplies will be injected into the national gas trunkline following separation.
