OSLO, Norway – Production from the Bukha and West Bukha fields in block 8 offshore Oman averaged 5,300 boe/d during 1Q 2016, according to operator DNO.
Oil and gas output was virtually the same. The company is considering adding a further well to increase West Bukha’s production.
In Tunisia, DNO continues preparations for the next phase of exploration and appraisal at theSfax Offshore exploration permit. This will likely entail 3D seismic activity prior to drilling of a well in 2017.
