Offshore staff
PAU, France – SeaOwl has agreed to acquire Wellstaff, a provider of technical services to the oil and gas industry.
The company plans to develop a “center of excellence” in drilling by merging Wellstaff with its Fortiori and Nexource subsidiaries to form SeaOwl Energy Services.
This new group will include a specialist geoscience division.
