HOUSTON– Bridon will showcase its MORE philosophy at OTC in Houston, May 2-5.

The Bridon MORE philosophy is focused on the delivery of operating cost savings to customers through a unique combination of rope forensic and inquest expertise, applications experts, site services, and new product offerings. All of which combine to deliver unparalleled extension to rope operating life.

By analyzing sections of rope Bridon can determine its internal and external condition and verify the mechanical properties of the rope and individual wires to understand how much they have changed from the “as manufactured” condition.

The company says this new approach will provide customers with a greater understanding of how their ropes behave in application, enabling them to make more informed decisions when setting rope change-out policy and ton mile/ton cycle goals.

Part of this approach is the MORE program, which combines the company’s two decades of expertise in forensic analysis with the knowledge of their applications experts working together to extend the operating life of their ropes, significantly reducing rope operating costs for customers.

Bridon is exhibiting at booth #2641-A.
