DOF lands subsea support contracts in both hemispheres

DOF Subsea has won inspection, maintenance, and repair and subsea installation contracts in the Atlantic and Asia/Pacific regions with a combined value of around NOK 270 million ($30 million).

BERGEN, Norway – DOF Subsea has won inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) and subsea installation contracts in the Atlantic and Asia/Pacific regions with a combined value of around NOK 270 million ($30 million).
In theNorwegian Barents Sea, the company will provide commissioning support work for Eni at the Goliat field development and the contractor will also install mooring systems for BW Offshore in the UK North Sea.
OffshoreArgentina, the company has started a 75-day contract (plus options) that involves use of the Skandi Chieftain vessel and ROV services.
Elsewhere, OMV New Zealand has awarded DOF Subsea an IMR contract that includes inspection and work on eight mooring lines on theMaari field’s FPSORaroa. Skandi Hercules will work on the program during the first half of this year.
