Offshore staff
BANGKOK – Mermaid Maritime Public Co. Ltd. subsidiary PT Seascape Surveys Indonesia has entered into a five-year charter-in contract with an affiliate entity of Miclyn Express Offshore Ltd., for a DP2 dive support vessel, the ex-Windermere, at a cost of $15 million per year.
The contract has a further option for an additional five-year extension. The vessel is expected to be delivered to Seascape in December and will be renamedMermaid Nusantara.
