Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas has agreed to farm out up to 40% of block 2012A offshore Namibia to Tullow Oil subsidiary Tullow Kudu.

TORONTO– Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas has agreed to farm out up to 40% of block 2012A offshore Namibia to Tullow Oil subsidiary Tullow Kudu.
The“Cooper” block is in the Walvis basin. Assuming approvals from Namibia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy and block partner NAMCO, Tullow will cover Eco Atlantic’s costs for an expanded 1,000-sq km (386-sq mi) 3D seismic survey and interpretation over the acreage, due to start in 4Q, and up to $53 million of any resultant exploratory well.
