KrisEnergy has completed its acquisition of the share capital of MP G10, which it will rename KrisEnergy G10 (Thailand).

SINGAPORE – KrisEnergy has completed its acquisition of the share capital of MP G10, which it will rename KrisEnergy G10 (Thailand).
The company will indirectly hold a 100% operating interest in the 4,696-sq km (1,813-sq mi) G10/48 license in theGulf of Thailand, over the southern section of the Pattani basin, in water depths of up to 60 m (197 ft).
KrisEnergy plans to submit a production area application this year for theWassana oil discovery, and aims to produce first oil during 2Q 2015, peaking at 10,000 b/d.
