Sakhalin Energy to use AGR software

AGR has signed a three-year contract with Sakhalin Energy to supply the latest version of its P1 software, along with maintenance/support services.

STRAUME, Norway – AGR has signed a three-year contract with Sakhalin Energy to supply the latest version of its P1 software, along with maintenance/support services.

The software helps operators maximize performance during well construction projects, AGR says.

This spring the company re-launched P1 Version 4.0, which draws on data from previous well construction projects to offer solutions to a range of problems that may arise during construction work.

Sakhalin Energy operates theSakhalin-2 project that develops the Piltun-Astokhskoye oil field and the Lunskoye gas field in the Sea of Okhotsk offshore Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East.
