ABERDEEN, UK – Parkmead has completed its acquisition of an additional 20% stake in UK North Sea license P.1293 from EWE Vertrieb.
The license covers block 14/18b ALL and contains the producingAthena oil field, operated by Ithaca Energy.
Parkmead already held 10% through its earlier acquisition ofLochard Energy Group.
