LONDON – InfraStrata has received planning permission to drill a directional well offshore Dorset in southern England from an onshore location.
Drilling of the well in license P1918 is expected to start early next year. It will target 10 MMboe in conventional Jurassic sandstone/limestone reservoirs.
In County Antrim offshore license P2123 innorthern Ireland, the joint venture partners have identified potential resources of more than 100 MMboe, InfraStrata says. This year they will define a work program to further develop the prospectivity.
