The Croatian Hydrocarbons Agency is using the Association of Petroleum Geologists Annual Convention & Exhibition to call attention to the first offshore licence round for the country.

HOUSTON – The Croatian Hydrocarbons Agency is using the Association of Petroleum Geologists Annual Convention & Exhibition to call attention to the first offshore licence round for the country. The round opened on April 2.
In association with the leasing information, the Ministry of Economy is implementing what it calls a series of new legislative proposals aimed at increasing investments in the country. The ministry also points out that Croatia is becoming the 28th member of the European Union and a NATO member.
The republic has on offer about 36,823 sq km (14,217 sq mi) of continental shelf divided into 29 exploration blocks. A data room containing all the availableinformation, including seismic and well data, is open within the agency.
