Offshore staff
LONDON – Ophir Energy has completed a transaction offshore Tanzania with Singapore-based Pavilion Energy.
Pavilion has paid around $1.266 billion for 20% interests in blocks 1, 3, and 4. Another $38 million is payable following a final investment decision for the gas fields in the blocks, currently expected in 2016.
