TEL AVIV, Israel – Delek Group says the partners in the Leviathan gas field offshore Israel are in advanced negotiations with the Antitrust Authority.
This concerns questions about a restrictive trade practice in the field raised by the Authority last September. They are negotiating an alternative arrangement under which the partners would be obliged to sell all their holdings in the offshoreTanin natural gas reservoir in the Alon A/364 license and the Karish natural gas reservoir in the Alon C/366 license.
There is no certainty that the talks will lead to a binding agreement, Delek stressed.
