Offshore staff
NEW DELHI, India -- ONGC Videsh and Petrovietnam have agreed to cooperate in the hydrocarbon sector in Vietnam, India, and other countries.
Petrovietnam has offered five Vietnamese blocks to ONGC, which first entered the country in 1988 via an interest in the exploration license for offshore block 6.1. This includes the producing gas fieldsLan Tay and Lan Do.
It also has a 100% interest in exploration block 128.
