CALGARY, Canada – TAQA Bratani has completed routine maintenance of the North Cormorant platform in the UK northern North Sea.
This has allowed oil production to restart from the satellite Causeway field in block 211/23d and the Cormorant East Field in block 211/22a, according to partner Antrim Energy.
Production from Causeway should continue to climb next year with the startup of electrical submersible pumps and water injection.
