HOUSTON– Lawrence R. Dickerson has decided to retire as president and CEO of Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc.
He has been with the company for more than 30 years. Dickerson will remain CEO until his successor joins the company, which is expected to take place by March 31, 2014.
