NICOSIA, Cyprus – Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (NASDAQ:ORIG) has a letter of award for use of its deepwater drillship Ocean Rig Skyrosfor five wells or at least 275 days offshore West Africa.
The operating company was not identified.
Final award pends completion of definitive documentation and regulatory approvals.
The drillship is due fordelivery from the shipyard in October 2013.
