Offshore staff
LONDON – The PGS vessel Ramform Challenger has completed acquiring 3D seismic for Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR) in the offshore South Falkland basin.
It acquired 1,025 sq km (396 sq mi) of full fold seismic data. PGS will process the data and a fasttrack product is expected to be available for interpretation in around three months.
Finally, depth-processed data will take about nine months to deliver, but Borders & Southern will use the fasttrack information to start planning for its next wells, with ultimate well locations to be chosen based on the final product.
