STOCKHOLM, Sweden – PA Resources has a tentative agreement with Sonde Resources on unitization principles of the Zarat field in the area north of the Zarat license offshore Tunisia.
This includes principles relating to the unit area, unit plan of development area, and tract participation. A unit plan of development should be submitted to the Tunisian Authorities by mid-2013.
Early results from a detailed reservoir technical evaluation undertaken jointly by the two companies suggests gas recycling could be viable, allowing production of oil and condensate in advance of gas blow down.
