Offshore staff
SINGAPORE –Hess Exploration and Production Malaysia B.V. has signed a letter of award for EOC Ltd. (OSE:EOC) to supply the FPSO Lewek Arunothaifor three years with extension options to three additional years.
TheLewek Arunothai will be redeployed as part of a fasttrack gas production project in the North Malay basin, Malaysia, to support early production activities. It is targeted to be on station from mid-2013.
Some refurbishment work will be done in Singapore to upgrade the vessel with an external turret mooring system designed and fabricated by London Marine Consultants and TRIYARDS Group.
The FPSO initially served PTT Exploration and Production Public Co. Ltd. until late 2011.
