TRONDHEIM, Norway – The EMGS vessel BOA Galatea is completing seismic data acquisition offshore Brazil. The program is expected to be finished within the next one to two weeks.
EMGS expects the salt mapping “proof of concept” survey theBOA Thalassavesselis conducting with WesternGeco in the Gulf of Mexico to be completed early in December.
The company’sAtlantic Guardian vessel is acquiring 3D electromagnetic (EM) data for a multi-client project in the Norwegian Sea. Work should be finished later this month.
Finally, theEM Leadervessel continues to acquire 3D EM data offshore Brunei under a $20-million contract.
