ABERDEEN, UK –Petrobras America Inc. has signed a $1.4-million contract for Flexlife to provide independent assessment services at Cascade/Chinook in the US Gulf of Mexico.
The work covers annulus testing of the flexible risers every six months starting this month.
“Should any issues transpire after the initial testing, the contract provides the option to deploy some of our other technologies in order to remedy the issue including FlexGuard, FlexGel, and Armadillo,” said Ciaran O’Donnell, CEO of Flexlife.
