Offshore staff
MILAN, Italy – DONG E&P has contracted Saipem for pipeline installations for the Hejre field development, 300 km (186 mi) offshore Denmark.
The scope of work includes engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of a 24-km (15-mi), 12-in. (30.5-cm) gas export pipeline in a water depth of 69 m (226 ft), and of a 90-km (56-mi), 10-in. (25.4-cm) oil export pipeline in 40 m (131 ft) of water, connecting the field to a new platform.
Saipem will perform offshore activities between 2Q and 3Q 2014.
