LONDON – Det norske oljeselskap has awarded Aker Solutions a topsides front-end engineering design (FEED) study for its Draupne field development in the Norwegian North Sea.
Aker’s new engineering office in London will perform the work, for delivery to the license partners this fall. Aker also undertook pre-FEED in London for the same project.
Draupne is west of Stavanger. This will be a coordinated development solution with the nearbyLuno facilities.
Afixed platform on Draupne will provide pre-processing, with the wellstream then transported to the Luno complex for final processing and export to markets.
