LONDON – The second phase of development is under way in the Ca Ngu Vang field of the Cuu Long basin offshore Vietnam.
The Hoan Vu Joint Operating Co. operates block 9-2 and says Scorpion Offshore’s jackup Offshore Resolute has begun the first well in the program, the CNV-6P-ST1 well.
