LONDON -- Talisman Energy has awarded John Crane a three-year condition-based maintenance (CBM) contract.
The contract is to provide CBM services covering a wide range of rotating equipment at Talisman's onshore and offshore sites in the North Sea. John Crane says it will use a combination of equipment, specialist skills, and services to develop a maintenance strategy and deliver the CBM program.
The CBM service is designed to provide management and decision makers with accurate condition information about their assets both onshore and offshore, at locations anywhere in the world, the company says.
