LEIDEN, Netherlands –Heerema Marine Contractors has acquired Pipeline Technique Ltd. PTL specializes in automatic pipeline welding.
HMC says it purchased PTL to add its capability to Heerema's deepwater field development supply chain.
PTL will continue to operate as a separate business unit from its headquarters in Rothienorman, Scotland.
